Important Note: Our service involves manual labor and airline reservation fees that are incurred the moment we process your order. Therefore, once the ticket is issued and sent, it is generally non-refundable.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
- You request cancellation before we have processed your order or created the reservation.
- We are unable to confirm your reservation due to technical limitations or airline availability.
- Duplicate payments made by mistake for the same order.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The ticket has already been issued and delivered to your email/WhatsApp.
- Your visa application is rejected by the embassy (the service has been rendered).
- Incorrect travel dates or names were provided by the user.
- The user decided not to use the ticket after it was issued.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@dummyticketnow.com with your order details and reason for the request. Our team will review the request and get back to you within 24 hours.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policy.
